How long does it take to receive
an order?
We strive to ship all orders
within 48 hours of receiving the order. It normally takes between
2-4 Working days to receive an order in Ontario and Quebec, 4-6
working days in major cities across Canada and 5-8 working days
elsewhere. It may take longer during the busy holiday season.
Can you provide Nut Free substitutions?
Yes, gourmet food baskets
can be customized nut free. We do not recommend the purchase of
baskets containing chocolate pre-packaged products. It would be
our pleasure to customize an allergy alternative design for you
Do you ship chocolate in summer?
Yes, we do ship chocolate in summer where transit time
is 1 day using ice packs. There is an extra fee associated to these
ice packs.
How soon should we be booking for
Holiday products?
We are committed to supplying all products listed
in this website with only minor substitutions; however during the
Holiday Season it is highly recommended that you book and take delivery
of your product at the earliest possible time to avoid disappointment,
extra expense and potential delays. Our recommendation is October
ordering for early December delivery
